New Dance Classes!  

These dances classes are introductory level to the techniques of ballet and Jazz dance. Both classes will cover the basic concepts of core-strength,clear body alignment, stretch and flexibility, coordination and timing, stage spatial awareness, and stage and performance presence. Both classes are idea for supplant training to open level to sports athletes, performing art/theater students, and getting in shape!
